Case Study: Runneymede Borough Council Speed Bumps

Concerns for children’s safety using the car park access to the Frank Muir Memorial Field as an extension to the local skate park meant Quicksetts were the perfect retro fit solution to create aesthetically pleasing Speed Bumps to deter youngsters from using the are to play on.

Results

Installed in just 2 hours by Runneymede Borough Council staff – the three speed bumps, spaced such to make them impossible to jump on a skateboard, now discourages children from playing in the car park, whilst also slowing entering and exiting vehicles.
