Jobling Purser are pleased to announce the opening of our brand new asphalt and macadam production facility in Carlisle. The new plant expands our asphalt coverage across the North of England complimenting our existing plant in Newcastle offering a wide range of coated stone materials. In 2012 we opened our state of the art Benninghoven asphalt plant which is located at our Head Office off Scotswood Road in Newcastle upon Tyne, supplying asphalt, coated stone products, processed and non processed aggregates and minerals, 7 days a week.

Having been supplying asphalt to our local contractors since 2000, we have invested in our stunning new plant which offers our customers a rapid service and fast turnaround as well as easy passage to the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne whilst being ideally situated to access the A1 trunk road. We place a strong emphasis on treating each one of our customers as individuals and we are always there for help and advise.

Our plant offers a wide range of asphalt, macadam’s and coated chippings including our popular pigmented products and SMA. We can cater for any volume requirements and pride ourselves on the plant’s versatility and speed. To accommodate busy schedules, the asphalt plant is open for business 7 days a week with night time opening hours also available subject to prior agreement. We are pleased to be able to offer to our customers the facility of paying by debit card ‘over the phone’ which eliminates concerns about payment and the gang’s waiting time.

A variety of special asphalt mixes are available so if you’re surfacing tennis courts and recreation areas, car parks or driveways, highways or industrial use areas, Jobling Purser have just what you need.

All asphalt and coated stone is manufactured to meet or exceed BSEN 13108 and is tested to BSEN 12697 in accordance with our ISO 9001 Quality Management System and factory production controls. This ensures that all materials, whether they be raw, in production or finished product conform to the highest of manufacturing standards.
