We understand that your privacy is important. This is what Jobling Purser will do with any information you supply:
1. Accessing the Website
With the exception of the enquiry form, this website does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user’s IP address (Internet Protocol: standard allowing data to be transmitted between two devices) which is automatically recognised by the webserver.
2. Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep track of your browser session, otherwise, it does not collect any personal information about you except that required for system administration of the website or cookies through third party websites (Google Analytics for visitor behaviour and device used and You Tube which registers a unique ID to keep statistics of what videos from You Tube the user has seen and to estimate the users’ band width on pages with integrated You Tube videos.
Cookies are pieces of data created when you visit a site, and contain a unique, anonymous number. They are stored in the cookie directory of your hard drive, and do not expire at the end of your session.
3. Email enquiry form
The email enquiry form requires you to provide your contact details: either an email, address or telephone number. These details will be forwarded to Jobling Purser by plain text email for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry.
Your details will not be shared with any third party and we will not use this information to contact you without your consent.

2. Registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
Jobling Purser is registered as a data controller with the ICO, which is the UK’s independent body set up to uphold information rights. As a data controller, we must make sure we comply with UK data protection law when we process personal information.

We will retain details about the services or business you specifically request and personal information in connection with details of your visits to our website, including your internet protocol (IP) address, to enable us to develop our business and the services we provide. We will use this to monitor and improve our services, to help us manage our products and services whilst also to inform you of relevant services and events and to provide you with industry updates and briefings.
5. Why we are allowed to collect and process personal information

In some situations you may provide us with or we will receive sensitive personal information (known as special category data under data protection legislation) which reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, genetic and biometric data or health, sex life or sexual orientation. We will destroy all sensitive personal information.
6.Other information about your personal information
We may monitor and/or record telephone calls and we may retain and store voicemail messages. We do this to enable us to monitor and supervise the quality of advice and service we provide, to ensure continuity of service and to meet our regulatory obligations.

7. Your rights and how to contact us or complain
